AOC on the Kennedy Center: The renaming is completely illegitimate. All they did was screw some nameplates onto the building. That’s coming right off. Enjoy your name on there for a year or two, but that’s getting ripped right out.

JUST IN: A federal judge has barred ICE and DHS from using taxpayer information provided by the IRS.

Judge Talwani says that DHS' view that noncitizens lack 4th amendment rights — combined with ICE use of administrative warrants — is a recipe for abuse.

I’m not sure we’ve properly addressed how profoundly disturbing it is that America can largely shrug at the stashing of human beings in giant warehouses.

Imagine if four years into our war in Iraq we had only occupied 20 percent of it and lost 1.2 million men. Would anyone say the US is winning?

No? Then how in the hell can you say Russia is winning?!

Every hardworking American deserves a fair shot, not just those at the top. The system is rigged in favor of the wealthy, and it's far past time we fix it. The middle class built this country, they shouldn't have to struggle just to get by.

I hope lawyers, secretaries of state, and state attorneys general are preparing for what’s coming.
