- businesses are trying to operate but the state of the place is likely to turn people away
- flytipping is constant

- the on-street litter bin is overflowing - it gets emptied and within a few hours is overflowing again
- there is broken glass all across the pavement where families are trying to enjoy icecream and meet friends

- drains emit vile odours
- blocked drains contribute to local flooding
- residents bins are on the street despite a two years old assurance we would have this fixed
- bins are overflowing - they stink when you walk past them
- we dare not open our windows for fear of black flies coming in

The situation on Nithsdale Road is becoming a public health crisis.
