I beg to differ with Ms. Wong.Yes, people do want to go downtown.SF Centre is dead and will never come back, but Jackson Square is thriving.As is Transamerica building with new lobby, cafè and redwood park. As is the Embarcadero. As is neighboring North Beach. East Cut is happening. As is Front St.
