The balance between people's long-term adoration of Jenna Marbles leading both to people always wishing they could get a little more Jenna content but also 100% respecting her privacy is so freaking lovely.

I know as I grow older it'll get a lot worse. I know I'll have to learn to deal with my emotions and channel them into healthier coping strategies. But once in a while, I still get caught off guard by their strength and get knocked flat on my ass.

All of this was brought on by a funeral I attended in the evening. Thinking about how many friends I've lost and couldn't say goodbye to had me spiralling till I got home. Then I started thinking about other losses and it just got worse. Sigh.

I don't really know what to do with my emotions but I've been lying here stewing for four whole hours trying to sleep. It's now 5am and I haven't slept a wink.

Having so much trouble sleeping. Consumed with grief over every loss I've ever had to deal with. People, pets, opportunities, the life I deserved.

Grief isn't linear and it's always hard to deal with when it hits, but it does thankfully rear its head a little less with time.

This is it, this is my worst joke for sure
