Finished Thrawn: Treason as an audiobook and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I loved the "production" of the audiobook and I just really enjoy Thrawn as a character. Lots of action and drama. Sad the trilogy is over, honestly. #StarWars #Thrawn #BookSky #BookReview #Audiobook 💙📚

Finished the Thrawn: Ascendency trilogy and it was sooo good. I'm a real fan of Zahn's books now. I enjoyed the characters a lot - tons of very different people with complex motivations. Finished Floating Hotel by @gracecurtis.bsky.social last night. I don't think I've read anything quite like it. It felt a bit like a character study intertwined with a mystery plot set on a futuristic Titanic. It was good and I didn't solve the mysteries (not that I ever do haha). #BookSky 📚💙

And I do almost everything "right." I don't Google symptoms. I don't avoid the doctor or schedule endless appointments. I take care of myself. I am in therapy specifically addressing my medical trauma. The only thing I'm bad at is stopping the self checking and the thought spirals.

I've dealt with anxiety most (all?) of my life. But the most debilitating version of this is my health anxiety. It first showed up in 2017. Wasn't too bad until 2020 (thanks covid). Since 2022 it has been absolutely awful. #Anxiety #MentalHealth
