The British media need to stop treating Trump and his campaign like this is all normal. It's bad enough that American democracy is powerless to stop him. What his presidency would mean to the world needs to be forcefully spelled out. These are extraordinary times and the ordinary rules do not apply.

Meanwhile in the UK healthcare carries on acting as if non of these illnesses exist and certainly arenβt airborne π€―
21.10.2024 16:24 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0The NHS needs vital improvements to 'infection prevention and control' practice, and to acknowledge that viruses like #SARSCoV2 are airborne - putting into place controls and actions that minimise virus transmission. π€¦And in doing so, limit the spread of infections in hospitals!

I personally would love patient led research. I have a condition (Lipoedema) that few doctors have even heard of despite being on the NHS website. TBH if a doctor even listened to what I know about my condition it would be a miracle! π€·ββοΈ

Dear Elle MacPherson
You and I had the same kind of breast cancer, HER+ (tends to be aggressive). I embraced conventional treatment (chemo, mastectomy, biologics); you eschewed these. Weβre both alive years later. Hereβs evidence that others should NOT copy you. π§ͺ

βIβve been like this now for 4.5 years nearly. All they keep finding is more and more damage that COVID has done to peopleβs bodies. I had myocarditis, which has scarred my heart. The consequences of COVID β ... and itβs terrifying to me that people think we are no longer in a pandemic.β
