Stephen Miller said last year this was the plan. They said it out loud. Some of us highlighted his remarks at the time and warned how dangerous they were. Most of the media missed them and/or moved on from them. It’s happening:

P.S. As counter-intuitive as it may seem (because it is) laughter and humor during ugly, scary and dangerous times is the next best thing to real magic. I’ve always been my funniest…when the shit hits the fan. Drop the societal rules for appropriateness…and use it.
