These tariffs appear to be trade imbalance related. How would you characterize the state of trade between the US and what appears to be penguin colonies with outlying seal populations and considerable internal predation?

So maybe this is over focused on Navarro due to media over coverage and a recency bias creeping into the model training?

Oh absolutely, this is not my domain. I can see a shape of how you might build an argument but context is lacking on my end. It just seemed worth engaging with rather than leaving dormant.

What evidence could surprise or modify this hypothesis? Are you looking in places it could be found?

Essentially does the research (1) aid in validation or invalidation of the hypothesis (2) position you for defense of the choice of what was researched as well the conclusions.

What corpus will you draw from to eventually substantiate a hypothesis? What scope or scale of conclusion are you hoping to draw from a narrow encapsulation of the broader movement?
