Menschen, die an der Integrität von Wahlen zweifeln, nehmen grundsätzlich weniger oft an Wahlen teil. Wenn sie allerdings wählen gehen, so stimmen sie eher für Parteien, die vorher nicht Teil der Regierung waren, insbesondere populistische Parteien.
