The movie "The Body Politic" is a beautiful and uplifting documentary about what Mayor Brandon Scott and the people of Baltimore have been doing to reduce violence. It has been nominated for an Emmy. It is available on most streaming services.

I didn't write to contradict what you wrote but as information for your readers who may be in the Baltimore area and want to take advantage of this. There are some old movies in their collection. BTW my personal collection of movie DVDs continues to grow.
