Advent calendar of cocktails. Today, a bramble. 2 oz gin, .75 oz lemon, .5-.75 oz simple syrup, .5 oz Chambord. Shake everything but Chambord. Pour into glass with crushed ice. Drizzle Chambord over top.

I've officially begun the winter holidays. Wreath and tree acquired. Decorating to begin this week. It just started snowing. I wish I could just curl up for three weeks and wake up Christmas morning. But, of course, I have a job.
