it's kinda silly because they're all, by themselves, fun things to look forward to, but the thought that I won't be able to chill at home with no plans until at least Sunday afternoon is making me a little anxious somehow

feeling a little stressed because there's like a few days of things coming up and although they are all fun I feel the overwhelming urge to have a day inside doing nothing again

this would *finally* be able translate into more votes for the (centre-)left. The government was historically unpopular! Circumstances seemed right for a comeback, and it just... didn't happen. A lot to look into.

our previous government was the first TRUE, fully right-wing government that we've had in... aaaages, and they did seek to actually do that - they just busied themselves with too much infighting and incompetence to actually achieve that.

Read a stat related to the Dutch elections: only 17% of people voted for a left-leaning party, historically (a long time ago now, admittedly) that used to be 40%. I wanna weep.

This! A lot of us would be unreliable (or less-than-reliable, if we're being generous) narrators for our own lives, too. That's not necessarily (purposefully) lying.

i hate how people and even literature sometimes reduces the concept of an unreliable narrator to 'the book lying to you', not 'you are viewing the world through the eyes of someone who does not see an absolute truth'

Last night in DnD: the gang prepared an elaborate heist set-up to free one of our compatriots from the clutches of a criminal gang.

Occasionally I think the word hassle is spelled "hastle" and then I type it out and immediately go "no never mind, that's not right".
