I really wanting to re-download Instagram before the account deletion takes (they don't actually delete after you tell them to until you go 30 days without logging in after telling them to delete it) but I really want to be free of Meta. But honestly does it even really matter at this point?

I love Alexios, especially when he's the good guy. I tried to do a playthrough as Kassandra once with Alexios as the bad guy, but... I just enjoy Alexios's charm too much.

Currently on 3 books. Reading "Rogue Community College" by David R Slayton, reading the manga "Pandora Hearts" and listening to the audiobook Owlknight by Mercedes Lackey

I get that. I waa just hoping for a Lestat "I am going to give you the choice I never had" moment. Enjoyed nonetheless!

I loved season 2, and what ultimately happened was sort of what I wanted, but Olrox making the decision for Mizrak without giving him a choice... felt kind of like a violation of the idea of consent to me and kind of put a stain on that relationship.

I don't know if my tastes are just changing as I get older or if I've just come across the wrong things for my taste lately, but where plot twists used to be something I enjoyed in my fiction, I'm finding lately that they're feeling more like bait-and-switch and it's kind of pissing me off.

Ignoring him enables him. If you're ignoring him, then you're just letting him do whatever he wants without even putting up a token fight. And that's the kind of thing that only ever works out for you if you're going to be fine regardless and don't care if others aren't.

That's plenty enough to satisfy me! Something about Aunt Diana tells me she just has so much potential to be such an amazing character!

I knew this was going to be the answer after having seen your video over on the other app that I'm trying to not have a breakdown about losing.

Finally deleted my remaining two TwitX accounts as well and deleted that app.

I've gotten rid of Insta and Threads, but so much of my life and contact with friends and family is through the book of faces and it's accompanying message app. I'm going to try to get rid of them, but it's going to be hard.

I'm currently reading Rogue Community College by David R Slayton. Haven't encountered anything specifically queer yet in the book, but based on Slayton's previous work and the fact that this is set in the same universe as his Adam Binder novels, I'm hopeful.

With SCOTUS upholding the TikTok ban, it's making me even more sure of my decision to try to get away from Meta. I deleted my Insta and Threads yesterday. Not sure if I can fully get off of the book of faces, though. I need to try, though.

So I'm going to try this RedNote thing too. Fuck Meta.

I would really like to get away from Meta altogether, but they have woven themselves into my life so much that I'm not entirely sure that I can.
