If you are kidnapping your citizens with no due process to take away their freedom and trying to silence media, law firms, and universities for exercising free speech, you don't get to call yourself "Leader of the Free World."

The Supreme Court issued a stay, effectively ruling, for now, that the Constitution no longer applies, at least not to immigrants. Fast-track deportations with no opportunity for judicial review violate the fundamental principle of due process, especially for people already on U.S. soil.
