I think the hardest thing with trying to get trad published is just the complete lack of real feedback. You don't even know where the issue is. If there's even really an issue. It's maddening!

It may be a bit premature, but I'm heavily leaning toward becoming an indie author. While both have pros and cons, I think it may be better for my mental health.

Does the editing ever stop? Do you ever feel as if, yup, this is the version! I've gone through this manuscript at least six different times, and yet here I am going through it again making changes after already throwing out 70 queries. Is this normal author behavior?! #writingcommunity #romantasy
