Being married to a Type I diabetic, being hypothyroid myself, and thinking about all the necessary meds my various family members and friends are on, I can’t help but wonder about all the people stuck in ICE detention centers who are likely not getting the medicines they desperately need.

Rewatching the Ghostbusters: Answer the Call (Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon, Kristin Wiig, Leslie Jones) and once again irritated at how panned this film was by critics and patriarchal watchers who couldn’t stand to see women in these roles. It’s fun and funny and in the spirit of the original.

This really hasn’t gotten enough attention this week.
