One of the best known symptoms of Parkinson’s: hand tremors.

I’ve got them. Leg tremors too. Worse when anxious or stressed which I have been, a lot, lately.

Today let’s talk about one of the lesser known symptoms of Parkinson’s — loss of sense of smell.

That’s right; I don’t smell anything. Well, on the rare occasion I will catch a whiff of something, generally the cooking of something very aromatic.

My meds have no effect on this symptom. 😞

Yesterday was a bad Parkinson’s day. Tremors were not well controlled in spite of taking my normal meds. Today is much better. No leg tremors and barely a left hand tremor.
