Learned this overnight: executive dysfunction is also thinking “I’m going to get up and use the TV before everyone else” then laying in bed for hours not getting up and doing it. ADHD sucks in case you didn’t pick up on it.

Does anyone else have a thing where the triangle between your shoulder blades must be fully covered before you can fall asleep? & not w/ just a shirt, but like a sm. pillow to keep it warm, irrespective of the season or room temp. This started for me 3-4 years ago and I swear it’s worse than ever.
