Pink background with cream reminder note surrounded by two sprigs of leaves, saying: Reminder - You canβt heal what you canβt feel.
Weβre taught to acquire things, not what to do when we lose them.
Grief is normal and natural, but we're ill prepared to deal with it.
With the Grief Recovery Method, we teach you the tools to experience the healing + recovery from significant emotional loss.

White text on green background. "It's impossible to forget someone you loved, nor would I want you to. The goal of The Grief Recovery Method is to help you let go of painful emotions and memories to make room for the happy and joyful ones. - Cole James
Traditional support groups encourage grievers to talk about their pain, but don't always offer a path to recovery. The Grief Recovery Method is a step-by-step program to heal your heart.

death of a loved one; breakups; retirement; divorce; personal illness or injury; bankruptcy; moving or changing jobs or schools; miscarriage, pregnancy, birth; death of a less than loved one; empty nest; loss of trust; loss of safety. @ Living Beyond Loss
Grief is normal and natural, but we have been ill prepared to deal with it.
Grief is about a broken heart, not a broken brain.
With the Grief Recovery Method, we teach you the tools that allow you to deal loss directly, and experience the healing of recovering from significant emotional loss.

Intellectually, we may never understand why particular deaths might happen and that can leave us feeling frustrated and lost. We experience very little recovery and continue to struggle with unresolved grief. With death and loss our hearts are broken, so we need to focus on recovery from the emotional pain we feel.
If you have experienced the loss of a loved one, the loss of a career, loss of health, the loss of community, or any other loss or grief, the Grief Recovery workshop is specifically designed to help emotionally recover and help with moving beyond those losses.

Your grief matters even if...
It happened a long time ago
You really are better off without them
Someone says it could've been worse
People say you should be over it by now
They are no longer in pain
Your grief is valid no matter how others try to minimize, rationalize, or intellectualize it away.
