'Crack' teams of problem solvers will be deployed to improve public services and support delivery of the Plan for Change. Made up of a mix of people working in partnership to drive change
- with data and digital skills, policy officials, and frontline workers, they will be given the freedom to experiment and adapt - adopting the 'test and learn' mindset of Silicon Valley.
Lots of sensible experienced seem pleased by Pat McFadden's speech today so I'm assuming it was full of good stuff, but as well as rolling my eyes at the "start-up" stuff, I am here to be a Debbie Downer about "crack teams", because do you know who usually gets to be on crack teams?
