Call us crazy, but SEPTA is actually a “good” investment because it lets people get to “work” on time and contribute “money” to the “economy”.

Delaware County is one of dozens of Pa. counties facing a dire teacher shortage. This community college program is aiming to fix it. Local educators say the program, which has tripled in size in three years, could serve as "a roadmap for the state."
