Problem is, Duolingo helps a lot cause it makes it "fun" I guess. Cause my ADHD brain can't do anything unless it fuels me with joy chemicals. Ugh, please help.

Im trying so hard, but it's so difficult.

Im so tired. Whenever I have to do homework or work it feels like the worst thing in the universe. I struggle to do anything and then feel even worse when I do nothing.
