So I did a search to see if I could find a regular contemporary news article about it, but I messed up and searched on "Division 201" instead.

the fact is, there were indictments. APnews reported, factually, what the investigator says happened, and they make it very clear that they are repeating what he said. They also report what a defense lawyer said. The government still has to prove its case.
