I think all learning allows you to experience the world differently, but drawing and painting in particular really does give you something special in terms of how you look at anything.

Katsudo Shashin or The Matsumoto fragment is the first anime ever. Jokes aside, this is the oldest known animation originating from Japan. It was found in a collection of films and projectors in Kyoto in 2005. Dating from between 1907 and 1912, the images are stencilled directly on the film.
