Today Sept 21 2025 the Filipino people march to the streets to seek an end to corruption in government

The 400 richest Americans are now worth a record $6.6 trillion, after getting $1.2 trillion richer over the past year alone.

Meanwhile, the rest of the country is getting squeezed by tariffs and high prices for groceries, utilities, and health care.

The system is broken.

It is possible to hold both of these things true at the same time:

1) political violence is never an appropriate choice in a civilized society

2) Charlie Kirk’s dream is to create exactly the kind of society he currently lives in, as spoken from his own mouth

AS AN EPISODE, I hate the excessive cutting for the effect.

That said, Strange New Worlds S3E7 is relevant to the times, and is symbolic that it is told from the POV of youth.

Reviewing “Starfleet” the documentary, as a film in the 24th century (AKA SNW S3E7):
Narratively uneven, dishonest, obsessed with form.

I mean, its coverage is amazing that it has a camera angle for every line of dialogue. Also hate it when the documentarist tries to take center of attention.
