It’s crazy to me that we live in a society that thinks plant based meat is grosser than literal corpses

The dairy industry is suing Oatly because they think “milk” should be ONLY be reserved for “mammary secretions.”

Personally, I think milk should be reserved for calves…

The meat industry brainwashed people so hard they think “eating meat is natural.”

Please tell me: what’s natural about artificially breeding, confining, slaughtering animals with machines, and wrapping them in plastic?

Would love to see more animal rights advocates speak out against car centric infrastructure.

Estimates show 1 million animals are killed on US roads every day.

Let’s bike/transit when possible and get involved locally to move away from car dependency.

The biggest difference I notice in talking to people about animal rights 4 years ago vs. now is that no one trusts the meat industry anymore.

Used to get a lot of “farm animals happy tho” and now it’s all “yeah, what happens to animals needs to change asap.”

Happy to see this shift.

Vegans won’t like this, but we need to stop asking people to go vegan.

Why?

Because it’s what the meat industry wants.

Because they get billions in government subsidies, voting with our dollars is ineffective.

We don’t have power as consumers, we have power as citizens.
