If you disband the Department of Education and save the money that poor districts need to give their students a chance at a better education, does this mean only the rich kids will get an academic education? Keep em dumb and poor so you have more soldiers to wage your wars.

I understand that they're distinct from each other, however it is my understanding that tariffs are collected by the federal government from the American businesses which then pass them on as an increase in price. But the federal government gets all that tariff money for his government's use.
