I’ve been in the thick of a County-wide campaign (@judgerudzki) since November. Running for office, especially across Allegheny County, is A LOT.

But…it doesn’t compare to bedtime with three children five and under with no power.

Prayers/vibes/thoughts are welcome.

We celebrated four amazing couples who tied the knot today.

Congratulations to Shemsa and Sam, Ashlee and Evan, Ericca and Marcus, and to Felicia and Neil (who have patiently waited 35 years to say "I do"!) on their nuptials, and I wish all of you a lifetime of love, happiness, and health together!

Last night was our monthly night court session for school, juvenile, and working folks & families cases, which also means it was time for Dogs on the Docket!

Thanks to Naomi and Animal Friends-trained therapy dog Kalei for helping reduce stress and anxiety in the waiting room!

Pete was entirely devoted to two things: his hometown of Etna and his wife, Mary Ellen (who bonded over preparing Etna's budget many moons ago!)....
