Judge Schiltz says Lemon and his producer “were not protestors at all; instead, they were a journalist and his producer. There is no evidence that those two engaged in any criminal behavior or conspired to do so.”

The DOJ won’t investigate the ICE agents who killed Renee Good and Alex Pretti.

But now they’ve arrested journalists like Don Lemon, Georgia Fort, and others for filming and reporting on an anti-ICE protest at a Minnesota church.

This is an attack on the First Amendment like we’ve never seen.
