Ah- there's no such thing as "knowing" how to use E.G.O. gear. Knowing how to use it is purely instinctual. Means you can use them without any sort of prior combat training. Though, not everyone can use the same E.G.O. with the same efficiency. I don't know if we figured out why, but some people-
