I used to think that the "abolish ICE" folks were being hyperbolic, particularly because no matter what border patrol/immigration agency came after would end up hiring a bunch of the same people. But I'm now firmly in the "abolish ICE + no not hire any of the former employees" camp.

I suppose you could also check your online banking to see where the charges are, contact that bar and see if they will send you the original card, but that seems riskier.
