It’s a form of the uefa ffp, which still favours those with the highest revenue. It’s anything but fair. Newcastle fans are late to this party, City as a club and fanbase have been making all the arguments you are making now since its inception, we saw it for what it if from the start.

Ffp was originally created to stop big clubs owners leveraging huge debt against their club, but still outspending everyone else. The G18 clubs got hold of it, bastardised it and made it about revenue, because many of them had huge debt and they knew if it was about revenue, others couldn’t compete.

Not at all, I’d like Villa and Newcastle or any other club have the ability to invest have a go at success, most City fans do and the club consistently votes against FFP/PSR, it’s the red clubs that don’t want the competition, they never have, they want the closed shop cartel that they created.

Some owners including Ashley were more than happy to limit investment for selfish reasons. City knew what it was from the start, it was obvious but clubs were so intent on there not being another Man City, the turkeys voted for Christmas.

Villa however have voted against ffp in its various forms.
