Politicians keep pretending apps & tech can magically make people better, healthier, happier.
Too many credulous journalists keep lapping it up.
Trial participants keep saying meh, no thanks.
-Childless adults show a bigger rise (and later drop) in masturbation frequency than parents.
-Nonheterosexual people report higher frequencies at every age.
-Education and religion? Minimal impact on long-term patterns.

- although women obtain more bachelor's degrees
- fewer women obtain a doctorate
- 1/3 of EU researchers are women
- 16% of authorship teams are gender balanced
