Occasionally I’ll come across a piece of content that was produced during lockdown - say an actors round table filmed via zoom - and I feel a sadness all over again. Like a foreboding in the pit of my stomach. I think many of us have dealt with that traumatic time by unconsciously blanking it out

I deleted my account after that nonsense and I’m not in the States!

Respectfully, Joseph Pilates was one man with no medical credentials who taught movement to a relatively small group of people when physical therapy and talk therapy weren’t common.

It’s ok that things are complex.
