Hunger in Gaza: When starving babies is the strategy, not just the outcome
As a mother and academic who studies Infant and Young Child Feeding in Emergencies, Dr Clare Patton never expected to witness the cruelty of Gaza.
I wrote about the genocide in Gaza, focusing on the urgent needs of babies & their mothers. It’s not easy to write about one group when everyone in Gaza is suffering - but this is the area I know, & where I can offer even a very small act of advocacy.

Very difficult to think of any examples of any comparable action against citizens of another Member State. The only thing I can come up with is the blanket bans on U.K. football supporters, but even then it anticipated crime and violence.

👇Well worth a 👂 for a low down on the CMA #formula market study. Strongly support the view that price promotions on formula milks are NOT appropriate & that taking action to enable families who use formula to do so safely needs to take place alongside actions to enable #breastfeeding 🤱🏼
