Having lived through the 2010 election, in which the polls and pundits suggested a significant increase in Lib Dem seats, only for them to get an impressive bounce in vote share while *losing* seats, I'm not actually wholly unsympathetic to the idea the Green wave won't materialise 1/2

At the very least, I'd like it if the "Labour is our only hope!" scolds would begin by defining what the political circumstances would need to look like before they'd switch their vote to someone other than Labour to keep out Reform, and why they don't believe those circumstances currently exist.

Bollocks. Labour WANTS neighbour to hate neighbour; that's all that animates them, outside of attacking trans people. I'm not particularly aligned with the Greens, but they're at least consistently saying being a racist piece of shit is actually bad. Labour just wishes they'd reach for a thesaurus.

Finished Silo S2. Can't recall when F and I tore through a show so quickly. Just the right mix of mystery, drama & revolutionary politics. It sags a bit partway through each year - should have 8 eps each, not 10 - and there's a few nagging ways it doesn't fully hang together. Mainly though, DAMN.
