No complaints about the necron main though, she seems nice and I hope the kids get off her lawn.

Though if we get a reveal that she's talking exactly like Faustinius because she forcibly downloaded him into her brain or something as revenge for Silva Tenebris I will forgive everything for the sake of comedy.

And this isn't, like, switching to Low Gothic to talk to the plebs, this is talking to other admechs, which is just utterly baffling to me. I know this is petty as hell but given how important the sound design here it's a problem for the main character to be 'off'. Here's hoping for a mod?

have tried the Mechanicus II demo and am torn between loving the sound design and new Necron mechanics, and absolute visceral loathing of hearing my queen Scaevola speaking full sentences in English rather than technalingua because it's making her sound very out of character.

But that sounds like a genuine good to society, therefore useful and not curse-breaking

I just have an enormous soft spot for characters who deserve better, and Rand is DEFINITELY that :)
