If you are still searching for your passion, don’t give up! Horst had to search high and low, literally, before he found his. From the sky to the sea, and everything in between, there is always something waiting to be discovered!

Like many scientists, Horst’s scientific journey has taken many twists and turns. From thinking he wanted to study the blinking spots in the sky, to finding his place studying color-changing pixels on cephalopod skin, Horst has taken on every opportunity he could to find what felt right.
