Misinformation is rampant in witchcraft communities because so many think their unverified personal gnosis is exempt from critical thought. (3/3)

Most of what we do as witches and magical practitioners is not science (doesn’t make it less real) but you absolutely CAN (and should) always approach your craft critically, as well as what others witches claim. (2/3)

Don’t conflate critical thinking and science as if you can’t think critically about things that don’t fall into the category of “science.” (1/3)

In some ways, it hasn’t been easy coming out of the broom closet. The mundane community thinks you’re crazy, and the magical community tends to sneer at folks who practice with healthy skepticism.

But I really hope my new podcast helps folks vet info bc misinformation is rampant in the community.
