You’re right of course. BPs are a complicated issue, I’d just like them to be independent of goals, assists and clean sheets come to that

DEFCON has gone some way to adjusting the balance, maybe introduce an ATTCON with points for dribbles, crosses, assists to assists etc

I should say that the exercise I just carried out to look at future WC teams, was to help me decide whether to WC in GW8 or GW13

Just posted Wildcard teams for the next 8 weeks, generated from Scout predicted data.

The players in green are in every team for four consecutive weeks, those in amber have three of the four.

Take aways:

• Arsenal defence is rated higher than their attack, no Saka or Gyökeres.
• Palmer is an ever present, though I’d wait till at least GW8 based on fitness.
• Salah is good up to GW11 before moving to Haaland in GW12

Just posted a couple of Wildcard Teams for GW7.

Some interesting picks in there, Scout team has Palmer in despite his current injury and prefers Salah to Haaland. HUB team has Szoboszlai which I found surprising. Both go for a triple Arsenal defence.

Results for last weeks Free Hit teams.

Both teams accrued 57 points, a decent return given the average was 46.

However, the template teams including Gabriel were closer to the 70 point mark, so well done to those Wildcarders that went down that route.

It gets 100% team rating on HUB.

Surprised to see that Senesi does not make the cut but Hey ho.

I'd beg to disagree on that, as when you're not on the home page the purpose of the menu list is to provide a quick way to access the rest of the site. It's also typically the first thing a new user will click on to see what's available.

Not a big deal at the end of the day, just a suggestion.

Is there a best site for predicted price changes?

I've been using the HUB but recently it's been poor. I made a move from Williams to Gabriel at the beginning of the week based on way over 100% predictions for one to drop and the other to rise and neither have moved.

It's hard, when all content is focussed on WC or TC.

I'm holding out on WC to see what Isak and Saka do over the next 2 weeks

TC is a lottery, Burnley only conceded 1 to Liverpool and there will be good options later when we know which teams have become the whipping boys

Is it better to Bench boost before a WC or straight after one?

I’ll probably still go early with the BB though.

I've no Haaland or Salah and my bench this week is Isak, Gabriel and Guehi (based on predicted points from Scout).

Doubt it will be as good when I bring Haaland in, but obviously this is team specific rather than a 'General' view, pardon the pun.

I very much like the Foster shout.

I’ve been trying to get Haaland, Isak, Saka, Fernandes & Semenyo into my WC draft and only way to do it was to go with a cheap 3rd striker.

For those people planning a GW8 WC, maybe consider a Bench Boost GW6/7

If you still intend to follow the 3 forward template of Haaland, Gyökeres & Pedro, you probably don’t need to plan this as there are good playing enablers in defence and midfield.

However, Isak, Saka & Palmer may all be options for a GW8 WC so you may potentially want to consider just 2 up-front.

In this case, options for a decent playing forward enabler for Bench Boost are limited, hence, getting it in now, would enable you to go to a Guiu or equivalent on a GW8 WC.

Seriously, it's great to see the General doing something different this year.

Just bad luck that the next price tier such as Isak, Saka, Parmer & Watkins have not turned up. Hopefully that will change over the coming weeks.
