A bad week, although I'm 6 points better off thanks to defcon. I transferred out Grealish although I still think it was a good decision - his goal was lucky and I wouldn't want him going forward. Im still happy with my team going forward.

Mateta subbed off with nothing and Palace lose clean sheet, all in a couple of minutes. The death of my gameweek in one quick sweep.

Mateta again looking dangerous but accomplishing nothing. A bit of a theme with him.

Keep another week. Man Utd at home is a tasty fixture for Salah. Then reassess. Could easily swap for Saka and bring in Isak to cover Liverpool attack if he looks like a good option. If. Need another game and int break refresh to decide.

If they don't do something soon I'm cooked this week.

I had a lot of options this week because of 3 free transfers.

In the end I did Chalobah to Gabriel (I think he will start) and Grealish to Xhaka (for funds & defcon).

Considered Saka for Salah, but don't want to go there yet. Having Salah & Haaland feels differential.

Gabriel might be an exception though 😅

Still not set on bringing in an Arsenal defender for Chabolah, its 6 points or 2 with little chance of defcon.

Someone I am eyeing up is Dan Burn. Newcastle have decent fixtures for a while and are racking up the clean sheets, plus he's cheaper and has a better chance of def con 🤷‍♂️

My defender Mateta is on 5 def con. Just a few more to go.

Final wildcard draft. 0.0 in the bank. I'd like Virgil, Munoz and Raya but you cant have them all, and the ones ive got are good for defcon and saves.

Love the midfield alongside Salah and Haaland. Further down the line Mateta will become Gyokeres if I ditch Salah. Good to go I think 👍

Why aren't more people considering Vicario on wildcard? Spurs have conceded one goal in three games, he's had 4 bonus points, made 13 saves, put in a great performance against Bournemouth, has good fixtures.

Could do, although Gakpo is there mainly for the Burnley fixture. Could have Eze when Arenals fixtures improve later. I like Vicario to cover spurs defence which looks much improved, plus he is usually good for save points

Fair point, id have to consider that. Although would have to keep an eye on Saliba's injury.

Yeah Mateta would probably be a placeholder for Wissa who could be a great option when he's bedded in
