In hashtags, it helps if each new word starts with a capital letter. Otherwise, sighted users could see a string of letters and not immediately know where one word ends and a new word begins. Capitalized words also help screen readers properly read out the hashtag.

ChatGPT is just over two years old, but it has already had a huge impact on the content of articles on PubMed. This is clearly seen in the frequency of use of certain words.

x.com/gbiondizoccai found that the word “delve” has become ten times more common in cardiology articles.😱

People stress me out with how much they misunderstand "alt text is contextual".

It doesn't mean you put the context of the image in the alt text. It doesn't mean you skimp on the alt text, either.

It means the alt text is going to change depending on where and why you post the image.

The JBI Model of EBHC is circular representing EBHC as a cyclical process. The wedges (Global Health, Evidence Generation, Evidence Synthesis, Evidence Transfer & Evidence Implementation) provide JBI's conceptualisation of the steps involved in the process of achieving an evidence-based approach to clinical decision-making. Outer wedges operationalise the Model's component parts to articulate how they might be actioned in a pragmatic way. Arrows indicate flow can be bi-directional.
