I think the most damaging writing advice I ever heard was that you have to write every day. A standard to fail at and a club to beat yourself over the head with. The most useful, that you have to finish things.

They’re fun! A lot of performers will dance and lip sync to a song but some will do comedy, or interact with the crowd. Highly recommend checking one out if you’re able.
