Elecampane helenium.
Elfdock. Herbaceous perennial herb. One of my favourites. I love tall plants that tower over me. Elecampane was once used to treat TB. A respiratory herb. Bees and pollinators love it too. Full sun. Good drainage.

Sunday morning seed cleaning. This is Roman Chamomile. Tiny seed, hard to separate from the chaff. I use a series of sieves.
After cleaning I store the seeds in sm paper boxes. Allows for further drying without risk of moulds etc. Better than glass. Keep dry & cool.
