I expected some Presidential attempt to cancel his performance, given Trump's focus on entertainment, but I am looking forward to the show. Like it or not (I do) Puerto Ricans are American... but we need to keep him away from ICE. Rules of Decency don't apply to ICE.

Those who thought they'd never see it may be total idiots. The President has been projecting his tyrannic tendencies for over a decade. Did any other President ever brag about "killing someone on 5th Street?" We've always known who this guy is, and who he'd become. It's on us.

I agree totally with your cloud watching philosophy. To me, a blue sky often seems empty and without meaning... That's one of the things I miss most about visiting Utah with a wide-angle lens.
The thing about favorites is that you don't really have to pick just one. It's in the Bible (I think).

I prefer when they move forward without visiting the old shows specifically... or rehash the old characters... In Discovery, the re-treads took attention away from the new characters. Some of which would have improved the show.

I think you like it. In comparison to sucky Discovery, you like it a lot! Trust me. No STOS character re-treads... no visiting old stories... no boring Spock variations (Nimoy was enough!) And it will definitely get even better as we move along.
