In an act of solidarity with @acvalens.net I am resigning from my role at VICE/Savage Ventures, with my final day being July 31.

I have a few review obligations that I wouldn't feel right leaving behind. But I cannot stand by and watch her be censored for doing her job and doing it properly.

I will also be leaving Waypoint. I have a couple obligations to PR folks I want to fulfill. After that, I'm done.

I can't sit back and watch Savage Ventures silence Ana and stifle actual journalism out of fear of being "too controversial".

When I was 11 years old, I emailed Space Ghost to tell him how much I loved him and the "Curses" episode where he eats Moby's head. He emailed me back with a simple "Glad you dug the episode, citizen." I like to think that was George Lowe, Space Ghost himself, who wrote that email. Rest in Peace :(
