Collar meanings are so funny to me! FWIW, in the US I don't know why but only TEC and occasionally AME wears the dog collar - everyone I know who's lutheran, methodist or presby who wears a collar wears the tab sort, but mostly they just don't.

In the spirit of continuing to resist The Horrors.....I just got my 15 month old a banana costume for halloween because NANA is her favorite thing on the earth 😇

I think about this a lot. I did whole grade advancement AND a special gifted and talented classroom sans normies. I still bailed out mid high school because I was not for it and it was not for me

fwiw, drastically cutting down on social media has been the best choice i have made this year by far. i didn't have to deactivate to do that but if you do - go with god.

Honestly, I am not at all worried about this. Young clergypeople are more, not less, theologically conservative than their elders, in my experience, and I do think the clergy lead in teaching.
