I forgot how long it took for them to get out of the Shire.

From now on when I am trying to fall asleep, I will imagine I am a hobbit resting for the night in the house of Tom Bombadil, in a room with stone walls, in a bed under soft white woolen blankets, listening to Goldberry singing as the rain falls outside.
