Chazz fascinating as lead character so I read backstory. He unemployed actor so wrote his life as script n then acted in play n Deniro came backstage n said I'll pay million for script n chazz turned down unless he can b main character so Deniro said ok...wow

Spent week in NYC last year for bkstores...and this year ABQ...gotta say it... ABQ had better stores n stock...ABQ bkstores rock! Downtown, Bookcase, Organic, Quirky n Titlewave (I think)...thank u ABQ!!

Was there last week!! Drive from Phoenix to Albuquerque for road trip but really to go o their many many fabulous bkstores!!!
Spent the week n went to 5 of the best. Everyone so friendly n kind in ABQ

Totally agree. Was well written n acted by seasoned professionals. Lily has been in several movies in recent yrs n she always nails it. I forget what a great actor she is even though I've watched grace n Frankie 3x and still she amazes me

I was loving it but when I found out Ms Rovere REALLY was Chet Bakers lover...they had me. Re watched series n looked up the real actors playing themselves n ea one had amazing stories and mostly were all still living their best French lives in their 90s. Was a great effort on the shows creators.
