I have a special gadget for opening jars that my late Mum bought for me when I was first diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, it has been a real game changer because I live on my own and family are too far away to help with things like that 😊

I tried opening a ring pull can of tomato paste the other day and the stupid ring came off ~ a lot of bad words were said 😂

I have never understood why my arthritis meds come in containers with childproof lids. I also spit the dummy when trying to get that stupid piece of foil off the milk bottles, I try to always get my milk from Aldi because they don't have that stupid foil bit 😂
